Chris Bennett is the founder and CEO of The Leap Group as well as share his ideas and strategies on his blog. Chris and his company are dedicated to helping their clients’ businesses grow by providing business consulting, access to business funding and financing as well as being a vital resource for industry news and trends to revolutionize any business. Through Chris’ leadership, The Leap Group, works to be more than just a service provider, but rather strives to be a true business partner to every customer. Chris Bennett grew up in Jamaica. He came to the United States in 2000 to attend school at Florida Memorial University, and graduated in 2004 with a B.S. in Marketing. While still in school, he became a rental branch manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he held the highest customer service score within the Miami and Fort Lauderdale region for five consecutive months and was voted Number One Manager to work with by the Corporate Head Office. He worked one-on-one with employees to improve their sales techniques, and developed key business relationships using a “get to know the customer” approach. This dedication to personal interest in the success of his employees and the needs of his customers has been a hallmark of Chris’ professional career. In 2012 Chris graduated from Nova Southeastern University with an M.B.A. in Sales and Marketing. While still in the M.B.A. program, Chris began building his business. He used the knowledge and skills he was gaining from his education to assist a growing number of very satisfied clients. Understanding the importance of Web-based marketing, Chris also became a certified Ad Words Partner with Google. But Chris is not only concerned with business success. Grateful for the opportunities he has had in his life, he is also committed to helping others. He serves on the Board of a nonprofit organization, Project Humana Life, which focuses on providing basic vital necessities such as medicine and food in areas where they are most needed. Chris also works with several networking groups in his local community.

With his constant focus on building and maintaining his business relationship, he often spends time outside of a regular business atmosphere to also celebrate his customer’s success and milestones. By going the extra mile Chris’s clients have confidence knowing he’s a true business partner and does everything in his power to see them succeed. Building new relationships and strengthening existing ones has always been important to Chris and is also one of the core values on which The Leap Group has been built. When asked what was the secret to growing so fast he says “Passion will get them but Results will keep them”.
